Stretch marks occur as the body expands more rapidly than the skin can keep up. This splits the elastic fibers just below the skin surface, leading to fragile lines. As you develop so rapidly, two areas with stretch marks are more common, particularly on your belly and breasts. Scar marks on knees, buttocks and top arms can also occur. The marks sometimes tend to be reddish or purple, but slowly become white or gray after birth. People at average weight should earn between 25 and 35 pounds, experts say. "Not only trying to stay inside the range but gradually and progressively accumulating is a better strategy, as opposed to short spurts."
You appear to grow pinkish stretch lines when you have a lighter teint. Darker skinned women appear to have less acne lines than their skin color. Unfortunately, line marks cannot be avoided. Only milk, lotion, and "mommy" baking will do that — so don't be misled. It’s always a good thing to hydrate the skin with a rich lotion or cream, particularly because it makes the skin look cleaner and toner and helps to make it feel healthier.
While some stretch marks gradually become thin, silver lines, others stay darker and more noticeable. Experts states that the best way to handle the stains is at this period of reddishness. Hyaluronic acid and onion extract mixed gels may benefit. The gel consumers said in one test that after 12 weeks of daily use their markings disappeared.
